Facility Bookings - Internal Ministries

Here follows the booking process for our Internal Ministries:

 

  1. Submit your interest to hold an event by completing the Online booking form (please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received an email from our Church office) -  Online booking form: 

  2. Complete a Safeguarding Safety Plan and please email this back to our Admin office

  3. The Church Admin office will:

    • confirm approval and availability

    • create an announcement if required

    • create event and forms if tickets are needed

    • update the Church website with the new event

    • email Church members the link to the website 

    • create a Facebook event 

    • create Facebook reminder posts 

 

Please note the following: 

  • The event organiser must take full responsibility for the event including the preparation of a safety plan.

  • The event must be supervised by a person who completed the Safe Guarding Training.

  • The administration office will send details of the necessary codes to enter the building prior to the event.

  • The event organiser is responsible for cleaning up afterward.
